Step 2: Processing mechanical production

  •     Enter the input and check carefully the thickness of the iron sheet, the long and wide dimensions ... must be true and qualified. Beautiful facades, not warped or wavy, will affect the wing's facade after folding.
  •     Punching, laser cutting of cabinet door openings, pre-designed link positions. Because the product requires very high accuracy, this special stage must not be ordered wrong. Just a little mistake will have to abandon a corrugated sheet affecting the progress and budget of the company.

In this stage, the workers must have experience in reading good design drawings, have high thinking ability to know what steps are before and after.   •     Welding, grinding and assembling products. This stage after grinding is finished, it is necessary to check the details of the test assembly to see if it is correct, if you do not need to check to see if it is timely to align. Our experience shows that for large orders we should produce samples one by one before mass production to avoid mass errors and timely alignment when detected.

Step 3: Electrostatic painting for products

Step 5: Install electricity as required by the customer

After assembling the mechanical part, the industrial electrical enclosure was handed over to the electric workshop to connect and complete according to the circuit design diagram.
