5 steps of manufacturing industrial electrical cabinets

Industrial electrical cabinets are the products we meet every day and not everyone understands the ways to create them. For users, they only think of buying a cabinet to use according to their requirements. But for students or you are in need of learning about this industry. You can refer to the article 5 steps of manufacturing industrial electrical cabinets. With many years of experience in manufacturing and installing electrical cabinets, we are sure to help you have a more general view of this product.

First of all, what is the concept of industrial electrical cabinet?

In general, the industrial electrical cabinet is a product made of steel or stainless steel. Inside contains electrical equipment and is connected according to separate circuit design diagram for each different need. Each electrical cabinet is usually different in size but basically square or rectangular. Maybe 1 wing layer or 2 wing layers depending on the utility of each different building.

So the production process like?

After many years of research and development, we have established a 5-step process of manufacturing industrial electrical cabinets. Applicable to all processing stages in the factory under strict supervision of the technical department. Here are 5 steps that we want to introduce to you:

Step 1: Make a design plan

This is a very important stage, saying no too much may be the number 1 important part in all stages. Because all customers' intentions are aggregated and designed according to the customer's idea.

  •     Summary of customers' ideas and approval of drawing drawings
  •     Unifying the final plan with customers, the two sides signed approval for layout drawings to deploy production drawings
  •     Use solidworks or inventor, autocad software ... to build 3D drawings and production deployment drawings. In this section, the design engineer must ensure the correct drawing, full note details so that when production is not confused.

Step 2: Processing mechanical production

If the design stage is as important as the human backbone, then the mechanical processing stage is the flesh. The product is bad or beautiful, accurate or not in this part. Therefore, the following steps must be followed:

  •     Enter the input and check carefully the thickness of the iron sheet, the long and wide dimensions ... must be true and qualified. Beautiful facades, not warped or wavy, will affect the wing's facade after folding.
  •     Punching, laser cutting of cabinet door openings, pre-designed link positions. Because the product requires very high accuracy, this special stage must not be ordered wrong. Just a little mistake will have to abandon a corrugated sheet affecting the progress and budget of the company.
  •     Folding bending shaping product electrical cabinet. In this stage, the workers must have experience in reading good design drawings, have high thinking ability to know what steps are before and after. Avoiding the wrong direction or the opposite direction will make the assembly stage impossible. We often print 3D drawings for workers to look at for easy visualization and avoid confusion.
  •     Welding, grinding and assembling products. This stage after grinding is finished, it is necessary to check the details of the test assembly to see if it is correct, if you do not need to check to see if it is timely to align. Our experience shows that for large orders we should produce samples one by one before mass production to avoid mass errors and timely alignment when detected.

Step 3: Electrostatic painting for products

This is a shirt that covers the product so it needs to be carefully cared for. We have an automatic painting workshop with 7 surface treatment tanks to help the coating always get the best adhesion.

In addition, the robot spray gun system helps to paint the parts evenly and cover the best. Drying oven with 100% automatic temperature monitoring, temperature sensors help to monitor the temperature of the combustion chamber is always standard so that the paint surface is not "Live" to help the batches to ensure and meet the most difficult demand. of cutomer.

Step 4: Assembling electrical enclosure

When machining and painting we love to do every detail. After all of that is done, we have to assemble each other with the bolts + eku, keys, hinges ... The details are linked together in accordance with the sequential drawings, the workers require to master the assembly drawings. set, avoid mistakes.

Step 5: Install electricity as required by the customer

After assembling the mechanical part, the industrial electrical enclosure was handed over to the electric workshop to connect and complete according to the circuit design diagram.
